This is a partial quote from a man who died last year. He battled cancer for six years. I never met him, but I met his family and heard their story. His suffering was not unique to the human condition, but I think his response to his suffering speaks loud and clear.

The night before I shot this music video I realized I needed some more icing on the cake. I had two locations, cute kids, and 50 doves that were supposed to show up the next day. As I’m drifting off to sleep I realized feathers might work. Of course, I would need thousands of them and where in the world could I get that many overnight? (more…)
